PE 2-rollen lage temperatuur ACP-productielijn

De door ons bedrijf geproduceerde PE 2-roll lage temperatuur ACP-productielijn is speciaal ontworpen voor de speciale productielijnapparatuur. Het extrudeert continu PE-platen uit een extruder, regelt de dikte van de kernplaat via een "T"-vormige matrijs, gebruikt direct de temperatuur van de PE-kernplaat die zojuist is gesmolten en geëxtrudeerd, en de polymeerfilm en aluminium plaatrollen worden samengesteld door een twee-rollen-kalander en twee-rollen-extrusie, vervolgens gerold, gekoeld en gevormd, rechtgetrokken, bijgesneden en gelamineerd, en uiteindelijk gesneden tot sandwich-aluminiumcomposietpanelen van vooraf bepaalde afmetingen.
